Why would someone like Brian Williams of NBC jeopardize a network career
by lying? The same can be said of Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren, Lance
Armstrong and oh yeah...Bill Clinton! Why do people have to lie and fabricate the
facts to make themselves "look better"! Maybe it's human nature to want to be the
star of the show, or the "Good Guy" arriving just in time to get rid of "The Bad
Guys".....Oh, the glory....Oh, the 15 minutes of fame. At one time or another,
we've all wanted to be the hero, score the winning touchdown, sink a hole
in one and savor the sport's headlines or save the drowning puppy....we've all
wanted to get the "Atta Boy" slap on the back. But in order to relish and respect
those deeds, they have to be "real", no falsehoods constructed to build up
one's net worth in his job or community. Regarding Brian Williams and his concocted
story of being shot down in a chinook helicopter while flying over Iraq in 2003
- - NOPE - - BOGUS - - he lied about this event
for 12 years ....why? Didn't he realize that there were other people involved
and they talk and visit and eventually his story would be equal to Alice in Wonderland???
Look at Elizabeth Warren...WOW!...claiming Native American Indian
ancestry!! Why, to have heard her, you'd swear that she was "Kissin' Kin" to the
likes of Geronimo and Crazy Horse!!...but it was a lie! Her family tree probably
wasn't any more exciting than a couple of "knife throwin' Polaks" and a German
beer taster!...but...she lied to get votes and make her sound better!
Think about this...Can you trust Brian Williams to give you an honest appraisal of the
NBC News...Could you trust Elizabeth Warren if she was elected president...(God
Forbid)!!...NOPE. I want "straight-shooters", blunt, honest and
factual, not some Ole West false front building with a tent out back. Honesty and
integrity....a couple of words that folks in the limelight should "look up" and
understand the meaning!
