Counterproductive...AND...just plain dumb! What happened
this past week in Baltimore should provide all of us with a "mirror" to reflect
our stupidity back in our face! The grotesque ugliness of looting, burning
and destroying our communities, makes me afraid for the future. Black teenagers
and young men acting like animals with no civility whatsoever, and blaming
their actions on you and me because they think WE
haven't given them a fair chance!! Fair chance?...Listen all of you
"woe is me Bozo's" – I was paralyzed from the waist down from polio. I worked,
cried, lost, tried again and won until I accomplished my "goals" on my own
with the talent God had given me! Feeling depressed and without Buckey? Well,
get off your lazy gimme butt and go do something positive to better your situation!
Stop the cry baby routine of "I'm oppressed – WAH WAH WAH!" There
are times I didn't think I could make it with no legs, but then 4th gear in my
transmission of "try" kicked in and away I went - higher and higher! Don't expect
any sympathy from me, "Mr. Baseball Cap on sideways, pants barely covering your
butt, tattooed like a billboard, jive talkin' jerk!" Sit down and think (probably
a new experience!)...think about your options and opportunities and then figure
out a plan to obtain and achieve your personal goals! There is still
"opportunity" in this great land of America, there is still the "pursuit of happiness"
available to everyone and anyone that wants to excel...but no one should
have to give it to you - ….NOW, get up off the back pockets
of your oversized jeans and go do something good for you and your future!
I don't care if "they" read this...I don't care if "they" put my name in their "list"---the
EPA is nothing more than a "Mickey Mouse Club" of fools and control freaks...yup,
I'm ON the list! Now they want to regulate
our backyard BBQ's! The EPA, as we speak, is studying on how to limit emission
from our BBQ's!! They say we're as polluting as automobiles and contributing
to global warming!!! ENOUGH!...Because of their gestapo attitude
I personally am going to grill outside MORE THAN EVER BEFORE...send
your drones to check on me and you'll more than likely get the "universal sign"
that you are No. 1! The controls, the taxes, the threats....we have got
to spit in their eye and say "NO – you're outa here"! If we don't,
they will consume us like a cancer and we will die from their suffocating squeeze!
Simply put...DAMN THE EPA! Nuff said -
Great ESPN special on Dietrich Basketball Coach Acey Shaw. A few years ago, Acey
acquired a disease that has put him in a wheelchair..but has not put him
down! Acey has coached the Girls team to 4 State Championships and is a sterling
example of TRY...and then TRY HARDER! God Bless
Him!
