We welcomed HIM to our Country. We opened our hearts,
our doors, our opportunities to give HIM a fresh start. We gave
HIM food, shelter and money to "settle in" to a new culture in
very strange surroundings. We embraced his being "different" with his mode of dress,
his mannerisms and his speech. We provided help and assistance to make his living
transition easier and more comfortable for HIM. We chastised those
that would speak negatively about his being here and we protected
HIM from the harsh reality that some didn't want HIM
here. HE went to our stores and purchased items needed with funds
we provided. We praised his being here in newspaper stories and human interest
segments on TV and radio. WE, yes WE were
so proud of ourselves for helping HIM come to America, and
enrich HIM with goods and services and pave the way for HIM
to enjoy forever the American Dream!....But that's not what HE
came here for. HE goes to his home at night and plans his deed,
it has to work, it has to be done. HE hates this Country,
HE hates our gluttonous wealth, HE hates our freedoms
and HE hates our God – since childhood HE has
been taught that WE are his enemy and HE
must do his utmost to hurt us... and kill us...the plan is now set,
everything is in readiness. HE parks his car at the outer reaches
of the mall parking lot and waits...waits for the exact moment...and then HE
smiles and presses the button........We welcomed HIM to
our Country.
Last weekend, we went to visit "heaven". Yes, Sir, it's right here in Idaho.
With dear friends, Don and Christy Craner, we loaded the 4-wheelers and headed for
Pine, Idaho, by Anderson Ranch Reservoir. Oh, the beauty of the area and the vast
reservoir winding its way through the valley floor, the scenery was breathtaking.
We had reservations at the Hayhurst Bed and Breakfast Resort, and I highly recommend
that you stay and enjoy their hospitality. The rooms are antique western, with
a flair for "using" the wood's natural beauty to enhance your stay. The entire
facility was built with a "labor of love" to accentuate what God gave us as a natural
resource. The first afternoon we loaded our 4-wheelers with extra coats, water
and granola bars and took the trail up to Trinity Lakes – a place that is, in my
opinion, definitely "God's Country"! Goober took excellent photos and I can't wait
to be BACK and just sit and look!
Don't forget Dr-History.com! Exciting episodes of the old West!! Now in 101 countries...101!!

Our Pledge
of Allegiance:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of Allegiance:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America
and to the Republic for which it stands,
one nation under God, indivisible,
with Liberty and Justice for all.
Dear Lord: Please Bless and heal this land with your grace and power.
Help us to realize YOU are in charge as you were, as you are
now and like
you'll be in the future. Forgive us for "straying off the trail" of what's
right
and what's wrong and help us to appreciate what you've blessed us with,
the greatest Country in the world...America!
In Jesus Name.....Amen
