I can't believe the arrogance, the belligerence and the " I am King" attitude that
Obama displays. He actually thinks he's above the law and our constitution,
and he can and will do as he pleases. This past week was a "shocker" for
me as the President of the United States lowered his stature to the gutter when
he challenged and denigrated the Supreme Court. How dare they, mere mortals, even
consider throwing out the King's Doctrine called "Obamacare"! How dare they even
question his pitiful socialistic plan as being against the US Constitution!
Who are "they"...I Obama am King!"...Talk to your doctors, talk to your pharmacist,
talk to your hospital reps about Obamacare...And...You'll find out how very scary
this situation is. Rationing of coverage to those 45 and over, bureaucrats "in"
the doctor's office deciding whether or not you can or should be helped. Doctors
and nurses leaving the medical profession because of limitations of earnings and
research, skyrocketing treatment costs to the point where...yes...it would be better
for you...and of course the Government, for you to die! In olden days, a flag of
the skull and crossbones meant danger and death...now we have flags with Obama's
picture on them, (honestly) and frankly they mean the same! Obamacare will
destroy America.
During my announcing career, I've stood and honored my flag during the National
Anthem at least 6,000 times...(maybe more!) I remember the goose bumps of pride
when Reba McIntyre sang at the National Finals Rodeo, I think of the tears rolling
down my cheeks when our flag was raised at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, I'll never
forget how I felt 10' tall and bulletproof when our flag was hoisted at the World
Equestrian Games in Spain...And...I'll never forget how sickened I was to
hear a disgusting, pathetic attempt at OUR anthem last week
at the NCAA Basketball Championships, so repulsive! The "band"?? was called 'The
Fray' and they missed their calling in life. They should be garbage men on New York's
lower east side. Talent for singing – absolutely NOT! Falling to the depths with
the likes of Roseanne Barr, this group made total fools of themselves!...Our
National Anthem is OUR heritage, it is who we are, it tells how
we sacrificed with blood, sweat and tears to become the best in the world! And to
have 'Loons' that call themselves singers put their "spin" on my Country's
Anthem it makes me fightin' mad! There are some perverted miscreants that want to
change our National Anthem, even our 'president'...Damn them...No! Read
the words to all the verses, really read the words...think about what
happened on that night to preserve our Country, our freedom and our heritage! Men
died...bodies upon bodies were holding that flag at Fort McHenry and the
Brits were astonished that the Americans had such a tremendous resolve to never
let our flag fall...God Bless them and God Bless America...I love our National Anthem...Don't
anyone dare touch it!
Lee Greenwood's recording of "God Bless the USA" is in my opinion an icon of our
musical heritage. I remember when the song was released, pro-rodeo grand entries
all across America from Texas to Montana incorporated the song into their patriotic
beginnings. God Bless the USA, that says it all. God has
blessed the USA..But...the way we have chased him out of our schools, our city council meetings, no nativity
scenes in the city parks and say no more to 'one nation under God'...Why should
He bless the USA? An elementary school in Massachusetts last week said the song
and words God Bless the USA were not acceptable...so
they initially said they would change the title to We Love the USA...people
were furious, and rightfully so. THEN, after their tail was under the rocking chair
the school leaders said oh well, go ahead and sing the song BUT if you don't like
or believe in God...just hum the words...Are you kidding??! Let me say this loud
and clear so even a think headed liberal can understand...GOD BLESS
the USA...Please! We need your guidance NOW more
than ever!
