Control your 360 degrees...what??? Well dear reader, Ole Zeb has not fallen on his head!! (at least not recently!) I remember a professor I had that drew a circle on the chalkboard with a dot in the middle. He said that during the events of our lives we, the dot, will run up to the edge of the circle (our comfort zone) and tell ourselves we're going to change...but we usually don't and...go back to the center of the circle. I've had to make some changes in my life and literally jump out of my "comfort zone", its NOT easy. I believe that God controls our life and what happens to us, He is in control of our "Comfort Zone". He gives us the free will to expand our "zones" and forgives us (if we ask) for bad choices and decisions...I've made many of those. Proverbs 16 vs 3 states "Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed" and vs 9 states "We can make our plans but the Lord determines our steps". How true. So, lets shake the dust from the curry comb...if we have God with us in all our endeavors and its the right thing to do why don't we all try a lil' harder to be better in or out of our comfort zone?? I firmly believe with God, we can control everything around us or simply put "Control our 360 degrees". In everything you do or everywhere you go – you will have your "360 degrees", so if you're in control with God, the sky's the limit on what we all can achieve and enjoy!...whoa! Ole' hoss, this is getting too heavy!! THINK of how great our communities and schools and even government could be if all of us controlled our 360 degrees with God helping us! WOW! I hope I'm making some sense of this,...but basically if all of us would center our lives around God's will, EVERYTHING around us (our 360 degrees) would be great!! So...I'm going to work on my 360 degrees to be a better person and try to make my little circle of the world...a nice place. Won't you join me in controlling YOUR 360 degrees? Have a great day!
