After you have finished reading THIS "Cowpies", you will probably think I'm one of the MOST cruel hard-hearted people in the world...so be it. Our country is rapidly descending into a hell pit of filth, disease and NO morals, and WE do nothing. The news media sends their "Cub" reporters into San Francisco and play "show & tell" time with the irresponsibility of human beings to pull themselves UP and out of a terrible situation. Supposedly "Civilized" humans defecating and urinating anywhere, anytime on the streets, or sitting in groups "shooting" up for their day's drug enjoyment, or "begging for a buck" to buy more $5 wine...disgusting, let me state right here...I DO NOT feel sorry for 85% of these "hopeless folks"...Why? Because we all have the personal responsibility to take care of ourselves. Granted, some of these people have "blown the fuse" of mental reality, but, most have just given up to NO drive or incentive, NO achievement and NO vision for the future...thats NOT my fault or yours! Every day the news media and "Johnny do-gooders" say "WE" have to do something...why "WE"? My father and I, very unfortunately, did not get along, but one thing he made ME realize is that when I "fall", I damn sure better know how to get back UP! Instead of providing a boatload of sympathy and "Poor Babies" to these folks, there should be a swift hard "kick in the butt" and re-jump start their attitude towards taking care of themselves. So you lost your job and your home living in the very expensive San Francisco area...YOU chose to live there, YOU can go somewhere else and YOU can read the business signs that say "Help Wanted"! These "irresponsible derelicts" need God, a plan and someone like Vince Lombardi yelling in their ear to get off their pampered "government funded butts" and be productive!!!...Saddle your own horse and ride for opportunities that ARE out there...if you try!
