To my readers of "Cowpies & Coffee Cups"...I'm sorry. I have not had the time or the "want to", to write the blog. Deanne came through her surgery with flying colors and thanks to an excellent hospital crew, she's home now and you are reading the words of a bona fide "suzy spotless homemaker and "Chef Boy-ar-dee"! Some of our neighbors brought some delicious dinners that really helped stave off starvation and when they were gone...yup...my turn! Cooking to many, means slow, deliberate careful and loving preparation...not to me...I want it done and I want it done NOW! I could care less about "oh dear...would you like a nice crisp salad with ranch dressing and neatly sliced tomatoes and seasoned croutons"? Nope!! Poor Deanne...she's stuck with ME, plain ole peanut butter and jelly and cheese sandwich ME (with some chips!). Thank you ALL for your kind remarks and...She will get better in spite of me!!
